The Daily Mail published two stories within 24 hours of each other, regarding The Times’ front page story that “a white Christian child was taken from her family and forced to live with a niqab-wearing foster carer…” However, it appears that whereas their story on 28th August featured an image of a Muslim woman holding a young girl’s hand, the Daily Mail’s later story on 29th August featured the same image, but with a niqab added.

The changes were spotted by @mmulla69:

The image has since been replaced online in both stories to a pixelated face, as well as a clarification that the image was stock:

    But Christmas and Easter are stupid and based on fiction. So telling truth to a child has to be applauded.
