With notorious climate change sceptic Owen Paterson at loggerheads with his own prime minister over whether extreme flooding is linked to climate change, Scrapbook loves this little stunt from Greenpeace.
And this is the advert they’re looking to put in the Times tomorrow (they already have the Guardian in the bag). Funding to mitigate the effects of climate change has nearly halved on Paterson’s watch.
