Lib Dem Conference has official session called “Staying out of jail”

The official guide to the Liberal Democrats’ Spring conference is something of an irony free zone this year:

As a regular conference attendee, I’d like to point out that the basic election law training has always been called “Staying out of Jail”……..

So who leads the political criminal league tables in say … the last 30years?
The torys with their awesome machine of the 80/90′s, labours huge surge of criminality in the last 15 years or a small but dedicated group of liberals showing staying power over the entire 30 year period?
