Richard Bacon may have let his feelings slip about Radio 5 Live’s impending move to Salford. During an interview with fellow BBC Journalist Kirsty Young, Bacon was politely asked whether he was looking forward to the move north:
“To Manches … Salford, well erm … I mean yes it’s err … I think it … well yes I … I am looking forward to it … erm … Yeah, it’s happening.”
It’s okay, Richard. They still have Beer & Pizza oop north.
