The announcement that Welshpool resident Nick Griffin is to stand against Margaret Hodge in Barking led Hopi Sen to suggest putting the BNP leader on the other end of an anti-immigration campaign:

“These Welsh fascists eh?, they come over here, don’t even try and fit in, try and take our jobs, probably be bringing their wife and family over next. Send them back to Wales, that’s what I say….” – Hopi Sen

Living in Wales didn’t stop our racist carpetbagger from standing in the North West either.
