Conservatives in the West Country are not impressed with Paul White, Baron Hanningfield’s suggestion that the area should have lower benefits than the rest of the country:
“Hanningfield needs to be taken out and have his balls cut off. Then gagged. Then told to shut up.” – a ‘disgruntled Tory’
